Real Estate Investments primarily in commercial and industrial properties. Currently has over 30,000m2 of available floor-space working with larger companies for bespoke solutions.
Mining
Mining investments with focus on assets in the Nordic countries with high market demand. Portfolio consists of primarily gold, silver and wollastonite assets.
CleanTech
Investments in cleantech solutions, current working with carbon free transport solutions and EU TEN-T shipping links for reduced carbon emissions.

We aim to diversify our investments while maintaining strong advisory services to gain market leading competence in our focus sectors to thoroughly evaluate and track an investments underlying technologic and economic viability in order to better determine position and exposure.
Long-term success will be achieved by a compounding investment approach leveraged with fees from advisory services, reinvesting profits from the business until economic of scale has been achieved.
